We discuss the news of the week with our guest in studio guest author Adrienne Kress. We discuss a little Pokemon GO! craziness sweeping the world. The release of the Nintendo Classic the mini console being released this fall. Marvel is releasing a new Jessica Jones series coming back to comics with the original Alias team back to do it again. We also touch on Netflix new social service Flixtape. A lot of classic nostalgia going on this week in the news.

Our review of Ghostbusters starring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen WiigLeslie Jones and Kate McKinnon. Synopsis: Paranormal researcher Abby Yates (Melissa McCarthy) and physicist Erin Gilbert are trying to prove that ghosts exist in modern society. When strange apparitions appear in Manhattan, Gilbert and Yates turn to engineer Jillian Holtzmann for help. Also joining the team is Patty Tolan, a lifelong New Yorker who knows the city inside and out. Armed with proton packs and plenty of attitude, the four women prepare for an epic battle as more than 1,000 mischievous ghouls descend on Times Square.

We also talk with Cara Gee, one of the stars of Inhuman Condition, a new web series on the KindaTV Youtube channel. A story of a therapist who works with patients with supernatural powers, Cara plays Tamar, a young woman with special abilities who has been kept away from humanity for most of her life and is just now entering public life again. We talk about the series and learn more about her character as well as have a few laughs along the way.

It was a great show!

Mr. Green

Host/Producer at Geek Hard
Mr. Green LOVES television. Actually quit Beavers as a child because he couldn't watch re-runs of Rat Patrol. The love didn't stop there, soon he discovered Tom Baker's Doctor Who... the rest, as they say, is history. When he isn't doing the radio version of Geek Hard each Friday @ 7pm on Reality Radio 101 or watching hours of TV, he tries in vain to sleep as much as possible.
