We discuss the goings on at Fan Expo Canada 2016. We look back at the weekend that was and some of the great people we got to talk with during our time their. We have clips of our talks with the ONLY Batman Kevin Conroy, Herschel from Walking Dead and so much more Scott Wilson, the super scary Ash Vs. Evil Dead star Dana DeLorenzo, an iconic comics artist Klaus Janson of Daredevil & The Dark Knight Returns and we got to speak with Veronica Taylor the voice of Ash Ketchum from Pokemon and Sailor Pluto in Sailor Moon.

Our review of The Wild Life starring Yuri Lowenthal, David Howard Thornton and Marieve Herington. Synopsis: Times are good for Mak the parrot, Scrubby the goat, Carmello the chameleon and the rest of the wildlife that inhabit a tropical island. Their day-to-day routine gets shaken up when a mysterious creature washes up on shore. He’s a sailor named Robinson Crusoe, and he’s the only human survivor of a terrible storm that destroyed his ship. As the animals get to know their peculiar new guest, they find him to be a useful ally when two conniving cats try to seize control of their exotic paradise.

We also talk with Stefan Lawrence, one of the organizers of the Fan2Sea Cruise: 5 days of fandom on a cruise ship with some of your favourite genre stars and comic creators. With guests like Michael Rooker, Gail Simone, Sonequa Martin-Green, Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner, it’s bound to be a rockin’ good time at sea. Stefan is on to tell us all about this great adventure, happening January 19th to 23rd, as well as how you can get tickets and get on the boat! A convention at sea in the dead of Winter sounds like a plan to me and it might to you as well.

It was a great show!

Plus for our Patreon supporters, our latest Geek Hard Extra After Credits segment discussing season 1 of the Netflix Original hit series Stranger Things.

If you’re gonna geek out, GEEK HARD!

Mr. Green

Host/Producer at Geek Hard
Mr. Green LOVES television. Actually quit Beavers as a child because he couldn't watch re-runs of Rat Patrol. The love didn't stop there, soon he discovered Tom Baker's Doctor Who... the rest, as they say, is history. When he isn't doing the radio version of Geek Hard each Friday @ 7pm on Reality Radio 101 or watching hours of TV, he tries in vain to sleep as much as possible.
