This past Labour Day weekend, Geek Hard came, saw and concurred Fan Expo Canada 2016. It was an event for the ages with celebs, comic creators and cosplayers galore. There were even things there that didn’t start with a C. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be showing you some of Geek Hard’s exploits as well as the many great interviews that we were lucky enough to grab. Join us as we take a trip into one of Fandom’s greatest’s weekends and Canada’s biggest convention.
On this first installment of Fan Expo Canada 2016 goodness, we bring you a handful of fun interviews. First up, Mr. Green finds himself face to face with The Batman. Now when we say Batman, we don’t mean a Batman, we mean THE BATMAN. Green got to chat with voice actor Kevin Conroy about his legacy of voicing the greatest version of the caped crusader EVER! Andrew also gets to chat with a legendary figure as well. Joining him is comic creator Klaus Janson who addresses the importance of what an inker brings to penciled art. The fun doesn’t stop there as Hotrod and Spike of The Cybertronic Spree also make an appearance and Mr. Green hits them with a very important question. Finally, Andrew gets the straight goods from cosplayer and internet personality Meg Turney about the “heroin of sleep”, the SNOOZE.
This is just a taste of what Geek Hard has in store for you as we’ll be dropping videos on the regular once again. Stay tuned for fantastic interviews and stories that made this past Fan Expo Canada 2016 a great time. We got some funny moments and interesting info. That’s entertainment that good and “good for you”!
If you’re gonna geek out, GEEK HARD!
