The Boy Who Loved Batman: A Memoir – $17.61
This sounds like a really cool read and would provide anyone a great gift. Michael Uslan has worked on every Batman film from 89 to current. There should be plenty to keeps fans interested for all 256 pages.
High Precision Gaming Dice Set – $19.99
Okay for the gamers out there. Who hasn’t been facing a red dragon with only a regular sword no bonus and all you need to do is escape. You make that critical role and BAM! you miss and are roasted by fire. These dice will fix that… at least until you need to avoid that critical miss and avoid stabbing yourself in the face. Yes my DM’s were dicks.
Star Wars MP4 Player – R2-D2 – $31.49
Well this is stupid fun. It probably doesn’t work that well but it’s R2-D2! Who doesn’t want to rock out with gadget.
Not Bad for a Human – $35
I got to meet Lance in Toronto this year and he is a wonderful person. I grabbed this at the time and have been slowly chugging through this book when I can. It is something to behold the things that he has gone through. If you know someone who is a fan of Lance this is a must have. Also right now you can get a copy of the book signed by Lance and your pick of an 8×10 photo signed as well from his various roles. Truly a great deal.
Tankbot – $39.99
I want one these just to play with and torture my cat. They look like a ton of fun.
Wonder Go Go Woman Boots – $45.99
Why not? I’m sure there are some ladies out there who would like these.
I loved watching Looney Tunes as I grew up and this is always a great idea for fans if they haven’t already got the Golden Collection from a couple of years ago.
Of course I had to put this on the list I loved the movies. There were some ups and downs but overall it’s a great franchise and well worth it on Blu-Ray.
I know, I know I only add this because there are some die hard fans who don’t care. They will still want this set. That being said… George Lucas can suck my sack stop changing shit, you asshole!
I have only seen the HBO series and it kicks ass. From what I have heard the books kick even more ass so this is a must have for readers or fantasy fans alike.
Numark iDJ – $99.95
For the music lovers. This seems like a cool way to do DJ gigs now and pretty cheap.
Lego Architecture – Fallingwater – $129.99
What can I say I have a love of architecture and Frank Lloyd Wright so this is perfect people like me who think that this is really cool. There are more buildings available in the series but this one is really nice to look at.
Kisai Night Vision LED Watch – $149.99
Every time I see this I can’t help but think of Tron. Something about this just makes me want own it, this is how geeks should tell time.
YES that’s right not only is this a cool looking Soundwave figure but it’s also an actual real working MP3 player. This is the perfect toy for for a Transformer fan. Who doesn’t want to listen to music and play with Soundwave, this is what dreams are made of.
Sideshow Superman Premium Figure – $209.99
For me this is the star of the this list. Do you really need to buy them anything else after this? It captures Reeve’s likeness perfectly and and comes with enough options for posing that you can recreate any scene from the movie you want. Plus if you grab the exclusive you get the Kryptonite chain from the end of the movie. There is really nothing more to be said except are you waiting for?
Smallville – $219.99
I watched every episode of the series. Yes I mean every episode even the shitty ones I don’t like to remember. You know like the one when Pete cam back and the whole thing was an ad for Stride gum… ugh. Anyways as a whole the series is still pretty good considering it’s flaws.
Doctor Who Ride-in Dalek – $299.99
The show is cheesy sometimes and so is this, but it is still one of the coolest kid gifts I have seen this year. What Doctor Who fan doesn’t want to ride around like this, I know I do. Now if only there were an adult version available.
Well that’s it for this week’s list check back to see part 2 and what Andrew has up his sleeve. It’s a wonderful time of year!
And if you’re gonna geek out, GEEK HARD!
