This week on the show, a new voice helps guide us through the land of geek.

417653_10152632863020384_336139344_nDon’t miss this Friday’s show as it will be unlike any episode of Geek Hard before. Andrew Young will be there as always to share stories of fun and fandom but he will not be joined by his usual hapless sidekick, Mr. Green. Green will be getting the pants scared off him at the Toronto After Dark Film Festival watching the Babadook. So taking his place is a voice that is familiar to Geek Hard fans as the self proclaimed “Highest Common Denominator”. Yes, joining Andrew for the whole program to share hosting duties will be the first lady of Geek Hard, author and actor Adrienne Kress. This marks the first time that Adrienne will be on the program as a co-host (as opposed to just a panelist or guest). What excitement awaits as Andrew and Adrienne talk the latest news and reviews? Will it be just like that movie, He Said, She Said? Unless one of them has a history of sleepwalking, I don’t think so. As my uncle Olaf used to say, this one’s gonna be a barn burner that you won’t want to miss! Catch it this Friday as the two of them bring you some in depth reviews.

One of the items up for review is a film that has been on Geek Hard’s radar since the trailer dropped. Join our hosts as they take a look at Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance), the new comedy starring Michael Keaton in a role that was tailor made for him. Will this be a cool and entertaining romp that plays with the idea of an actor finding new motivations in life? Or will it be just a sad parody of a once great actor? Find out this Friday as Andrew and Adrienne spread their wings and fly.

All this, plus the news and reviews that you’ve come to expect, right here on Geek Hard. Listen LIVE! This Friday at 7pm Eastern on the station that broadcasts our show no matter who’s hosting, www.realityradio101.com.

If you’re gonna geek out, GEEK HARD!

Will Birdman soar to new heights? Find out this Friday.
