This week, we talk secret loves, stolen cars and an incredible journey.

Don’t miss this Friday’s Geek Hard where Andrew and Mr. Green will be traveling through time and space to bring you the best show there is. And they won’t do it alone as they’ll be joined by two guests. Diana McCallum of Texts From Super Heroes will be in studio with the guys for the whole show to get in on the adventure. Diana recently contributed to the latest Secret Loves of Geeks anthology with her list, The 50 Weirdest Things that happen in Nerdy Relationships. We’ll be talking with her about that and more on this Friday’s show.

Our second guest is actor Olunike Adeliyi. She’ll be joining us by phone to talk about her role in the movie, Boost, which is currently playing in Canadian cinemas. Boost is the story of two Montreal teens who get caught up in stealing cars for a local crime syndicate. Olunike plays one of the boys’ mother. She’ll be on to tell us more about the film as well as other projects she’s involved in. Here’s a quick bio on Olunike:

Olunike Adeliyi was born in Toronto, Ontario. Raised in both Jamaica and Canada, the well travelled actress ultimately earned a place at the highly coveted American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. After graduating from AADA, Olunike returned to Toronto to pursue film and television. Olunike’s popularity gained momentum after her appearances in films and TV shows such as SAW 3D, The Listener, Two Cities, Being Human, Killjoys, Boost, and The Girlfriend Experience, to name a few. Olunike is currently on CBC’s new breakout comedy, Workin’ Moms.

For more on Olunike Adeliyi, be sure to catch our interview with her this Friday.
