Back in March, Geek Hard had the opportunity to attend the 2018 Toronto ComiCon. While at the show, Andrew and Mr. Green got the chance to chat with a number of talented people from celebrities to comic creators to cosplayers. But no Toronto Convention would be complete for Mr. Green without a chat with one of his favourite artists, Adam Gorham.

Long time visitors to our site know that Green and Gorham have shared many a conversation on video. There was even one time where they traded off on interviewing each other. This time, we keep things a bit more regular. Green asks all the questions in this video. We’ll leave it to the viewers to decide if Adam gives all the answers.

This time they chat about his work with writer Matthew Rosenberg on the miniseries New Mutant: Dead Souls. The series’ first issue had just been released at the time of this interview and Adam talks about the great collaboration with his colourist, Michael Garland. He also talks about his daughter’s love of mutants and the advantages and disadvantages of working from home. There is of course more than a few jokes made by Green at Adam’s expense, as is expected to happen when these two cats hang out.

Give this video a watch for more on the latest New Mutants adventure.

Pick up the first couple of issues of New Mutants: Dead Souls at your local comic shop. And follow Adam on Instagram to get a taste of his work.

Stay tuned for more great interviews, including Mr. Green’s interview with his other favourite artist, Michael Walsh, coming soon!
