We talk with director Nick Szostakiwskyj. His new film, Hammer of the Gods will be playing at this year’s Blood In The Snow Canadian Film Festival on Saturday, November 24th at 4:30PM. Nick told us more about the film. Hammer of the Gods follows falling-from-grace rock group, half a decade after the release of their hit single, as they travel deep into the Canadian wilderness on a spirit journey armed with a bag of psychedelic drugs. The journey seems harmless enough, until the isolated musicians begin to realize the terrifying hallucinations they are seeing and hearing aren’t hallucinations at all. Our review of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald starring Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler. In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans of raising pure-blood wizards to rule over all non-magical beings, Albus Dumbledore enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.
We also talk with writer, actress and comedian Dani Fernandez! Dani is probably best known for hosting gigs for Nerdist and Project Alpha on Fangirling and Natural Selection.
