Don’t miss this Friday’s episode of Geek Hard as Andrew and Mr. Green bring you another episode that’s rated A for awesome! Joining the boys by phone is actor Fei Ren. Fei is one of the many talented folks featured in Polar, starring Mads Mikkelsen. The film was recently released on Netflix. Fei will be on to talk about her role in the film and more! Here’s a quick bio on Fei:

Born and raised in Zhengzhou, China, Fei Ren she trained in traditional Chinese dance and ballet. She came to Vancouver, Canada to complete her Psychology degree at the University of British Columbia. While working on her studies, Fei successfully continued her international modeling career. After graduating from UBC in 2013, she began acting. Fei has quickly become “one to watch” in the entertainment industry, bringing to life complex, dynamic, and powerful characters in film and television. This year, Fei can be seen starring in Netflix’s crime-action feature film “Polar” opposite Katheryn Winnick, Vanessa Hudgens, and Mads Mikkelsen.

Also joining us for a phone conversation, comic writer Jim Zub will be on to talk about his current work at Marvel on Champions. The second issue of the relaunched series hits shops this Wednesday. Jim will be on to talk about that series as wells a number of other titles he’s written. Here’s a quick bio on Jim:

Jim Zub is a writer, artist and art instructor based in Toronto, Canada. Over the past seventeen years he’s worked for a diverse array of publishing, movie and video game clients including Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, Capcom, Hasbro, Cartoon Network, and Bandai-Namco. He juggles his time between being a freelance comic writer and Program Coordinator for Seneca College‘s award-winning Animation program.
