Originally Aired: 05/17/19 – We review John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. We talk with artist Adam Gorham of Punk Mambo. We also speak with artist Terry Huddleston.

Show Notes:

We talk with artist Adam Gorham. Adam’s been a long time friend of the show and has even won an award for it. Adam talks about Punk Mambo, the current comic series he’s working on with writer Cullen Bunn for Valiant. (He might also have a few things to say about The Punisher and J. Jonah Jameson taking a rocket into space!)

Our review of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum now in theatres starring Keanu Reeves, Halle Berry and Ian McShane. After gunning down a member of the High Table — the shadowy international assassin’s guild — legendary hit man John Wick finds himself stripped of the organization’s protective services. Now stuck with a $14 million bounty on his head, Wick must fight his way through the streets of New York as he becomes the target of the world’s most ruthless killers.

We also speak with artist Terry Huddleston. Terry has made beautiful renditions of some of your favourite comic book and cartoon characters with his Icons series and the like. A few years back, Terry would wax poetic about the minutiae of pop culture on Terry Knows Movies, a series he did for the Geek Hard Youtube channel. This episode he joins us to talk about art, convention appearances and the state of some of your favourite movies and television shows. It gets heated as Terry spars with Mr. Green over Game of Thrones and a certain character.

It was a great show!
