We talk with actor Carly Pope, who stars in the upcoming Neill Blomkamp film Demonic. The movie hits theatres on August 20th. She talks about Demonic and more! Carly Pope stars in Neill Blomkamp’s (District 9, Elysium) Demonic, releasing on IFC and in theatres August 20th. Carly recently had a recurring role on The Good Doctor, The First Wives Club, Suits and Arrow.  She also starred opposite Josh Duhamel and Leslie Bibb in The Lost Husband and in the Indie film The Last Lonely Place opposite Rhys Coiro and Xander Berkley. She made her American screen debut in I’ve Been Waiting for You in 1998. Carly is best known for her role as Sam McPherson in Ryan Murphy’s hit TV series Popular. Carly currently resides in Los Angeles. 

Our review of A Quiet Place Part II starring Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Cillian Murphy. Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.

We also talk with Karl Kerschl. Karl is one of the founders of the new company Lethal Comics. He also wraps up a successful Kickstarter Campaign this Wednesday for the 3rd book of his successful webcomic, The Abominable Charles Christopher. Karl talked about all this and more! Karl Kerschl has been drawing comics professionally since the age of eighteen. He has worked on a number of titles for Marvel and DC Comics, including Superman, The Flash, Deadpool, Spider-Man, Teen Titans and Wonder Woman and co-created the YA series Gotham Academy. He draws the Eisner-Nominated fantasy-adventure series ISOLA, which he co-created with his friend Brenden Fletcher and is published by Image Comics. His ongoing webcomic, The Abominable Charles Christopher, won the Eisner Award for best webcomic in 2011.
